I really doubt that. If Eren having that dream at that time wan't meant to be canon anymore there wouldn't be such a clear throw back to it in this chapter. If you ask me there is more that we don't know yet regarding Eren and Grisha's plan once he got inside the walls.

This chapter brings up something really strange. Now we know that Eren's long dream from the beginning of the series is due to someone memory but that scene takes place before he is injected by Grisha. So what gives ?
