Perhaps Naruto annoys him like no other person. Think of it, everytime madara sees/hears naruto he is reminded of his defeat(objective) against the 4th hokage. Loss of his pet kyuubi. Next naruto goes and converts pain who's resurrection technique was part of some deal that he mentioned...

I think Sasuke saw madara's face here and the successive pages...so he kinda knows who madara is. Again sasuke here sees danzo....and from sasuke's reaction most likely danzo is not madara....unless madara could morph into another person physically.... Madara, the reason he wears a mask...

LOL.....then madara makes his grand appearance out of thin air introducing himself as "Uchiha Madara" while carrying sasuke upside down. Classic... Now why did they assemble the kage meeting. To stop akatsuki ? Clearly zetsu and madara showed their supremacy without even getting engaged...
