Since Tobi = Madara = Danzo, it looks like Nagato's gonna be a good guy in the end for sure.
After he realizes Tobi = Danzo, then he'll sacrifice himself to severely weaken so that Naruto can finish him off.
Nagato will die, as a good guy.

1) We all know Danzo is Madara right? They both want to take over Konoha, and they both cover one of their eyes. Danzo is old, and we haven't seen Tobi/Madara use any...
