What Eren did to the kidnappers was both justified and creepy (admittedly, it's especially creepy since he seems less interested in defending mikasa than punishing her attackers). Sometimes you need to do terrible things to defend a cause, but you're still responsible for the damage you caused...
The human-titan conflict ends in mutual destruction. Sasha is the sole survivor and gets to hunt everything.

I don't think they have much of a shot at all, but Armin x Annie is my favorite ship, partially because I like each character a lot independently, and partially because I liked their interactions. They're both interested in morality intellectually but also are capable of abandoning their values...
