I think Tsunade will end up fighting Danzou. Since she always kept tabs on him, when she wakes up she'll hate him even more since he manipulated his way to be hokage. Though I do agree that she will eventually die, and help Sakura grow as a character.
Hopefully we'll see some Bee v. Kisame...

Could it be possible that Isshin was the former 0 Division leader before Hikifune? That could explain why we haven't seen any sign of him in the Pendulum Arc, or anybody recognizing his spirit pressure in the real world.
