Enryu's feat simply isn't axis level. An axis should be able to kill a 100+ admins all together. Someone weaker than an Axis would be able to do what Enryu did. Phantas feats dont make him an Axis either, but what we have is a solid confirmation in the story. And thankfully we dont need feats...

The shinies were brought to the tower to not only stop a new axis from being born but also to take the power for themselves which at the end of the day is still shinsu. Theres no reason for them not to have mastered it after so long.

All of these forces simply don't measure up to an axis. To become the axis of the tower, one would need to consume all that the tower has to offer. Even Zahard being admin level is already questionable enough

If the shinies haven't been slacking off they should be able to use shinsu along with their powers (if they're still alive). There's a lot of things to expect from Aubrion since he particularly likes learning new things
