I don't think Horikoshi forgot the traitor plot. Chapter 242 talked about the possible traitor isn't among the students. I bet Horikoshi just preparing the revelation to shock us all. I'm still betting on the teachers. Or maybe the information leak isn't from conventional traitor...

Worst Decline would be Shokugeki no Souma, after Azami appeared. Beelzebub also degraded after Fuji/Taka/Nasu where it became more generic action shonen. Enigma cannot maintain the quality after the first arc. Magico was good until suddenly I lost interest.

I actually like the early joke arc. When it started to get serious, the quality is getting better. Varia arc is pretty good, but the Future arc was kind of a mess, especially at the end. The Shimon arc was not total bad, but I think it could be better. The last two chapters was total garbage...
