The main cast? No. The Main cast's characters? Yes. Saw a Crow at Otakon 2011 picture behind the tag for those with slower connections.

Re: Bakuman 133 Spoiler Thread I enjoy how Shujin is following a nice mantra, "Don't get mad, get Even" in regards to the second copycat case. I can see no better way then basically dissing them in the mass-printed manga and saying "You can never be us". Straight and to the point. I don't...

Re: Bakuman 100 Discussion / 101 Prediction The line "PCP isn't going to get an Anime" makes me think a few things. 1) They will go the Drama route mentioned by one of the others in the room. or 2) They will instead get a short OVA series (3-6 episodes) or a longer movie. Either of...

Very rough translation (I don't have my Kanji dictionary with me and my vocab is kinda poor) Since the beginning Mashiro and Shujin have been a team. Mashiro and Shujin talk with the Editor about quitting Tanto. If a writer quits/ends a series while its doing well (still alive) they don't...

Re: Bakuman 76 Discussion / 77 Prediction Another possible route for them to take is to slowly transition Tanto into being less kiddy and more dark. The potential is there, not to mention Eiji mentioning them on TV will also provide some series hype, possibly allowing them to reach a different...

Looking at the Raw, Eiji declares Ashirogi as his Rival on national TV and he follows it up with saying, I think that they are his favorite mangaka.

From what I can tell, it looks like Tanto got 5th, Natural got 3rd, and Crow got 4th in the rankings. If I'm reading correctly, that has to suck for the guys, losing to both of Eiji's series on the premier chapter of Tanto.

Re: Bakuman 73 Discussion / 74 Predictions From the way they're reacting to Niizuma (Just as Hattori anticipated) I'd love to see a Light-esque panel next week with Hattori doing a "Just as Planned" face and statement.

Looking at the last part, it looks like Tanto got serialized and will start in the 12th issue.

Re: Bakuman 54 Discussion / 55 Prediction Thread A part of me wonders if Miura is trying to get them to do Gag manga because he (Miura) is trying to turn Saiko into his uncle. Remember his reaction to Saiko being Kawaguchi Taro's nephew back in chapter 35 (page 12)? I think he sees this as a...
