Sasuke is more of an anti-hero. He had the potential of becoming a villain towards the end of the manga but before he could, Naruto stopped him. Having an intention does not make someone a villain until that intention gives rise to prosecutable actions.

Frankly this conclusion is very anti-climatic. Kaguya sucks as a villain despite having world changing powers. But then again, everything seems too well for this to be the true ending - something is out there and I can sense it.

I think you do not understand what the final fight means. It's more than just "eye" and "reincarnation". Naruto/Sasuke are fighting for a human's right to retain his/her individual will. Madara on the other hand believes that freewill brings discord, arguments, fights, war and ultimately mutual...

I don't want to add insult to injury but Sakura's strength is based on the chakra concentrated on her palms (not brute strength). If she touches the now complete Madara with her hands all her chakra will get sucked. Lol talk about being useless.
