My question would be is Askin's ability only limited to him controlling a single item's lethal dosage? Can he control multiple lethal dosages at once? Wouldn't 2 or more person attacking him simultaneously with different type(s) of attack be the best strategy?

I think Komatsu is not trying to fight but rather use revitalize knife on Toriko to help him stay alive. He must have somehow learn it after Otake cut him with it.
