That'd be Ryugi Omagari: #6 in the Genius 10. Aside from that match vs Akutsu and Sanada, he hasn't really done much honestly. He did play in the Group League of the WC with Kite against Switzerland but the match was just one chapter though. It's in Chapter 215 or so.
