one piece is a Shōnen manga ... so as per Shōnen MC logic(power level rep or etc doesn't matter here ) ---- kaido maybe stronger than luffy before the fight but now if they fight AGAIN luffy will definitely win ... (its like All Shōnen mcs have saiyan bloodline)
