Holy knights seem too easy to beat once you know the trick ( for the top tier who have CoC). it’s missing the tension of Wano that king and queen were able to bring. At least Imu is a upscale from Kaido.

Ussop might be the narrator of the story. that was a very accurate description of Luffy he presented. Even Gaban was taken a back.

We are way past that point in the story, aren’t we? Call it Naruto/Hagaromo or Aang, it’s clear the fruit along with appearances is solidifying the 'chosen one' destiny trope that ties him directly to Joyboy. What is still somewhat undecided is the exact mechanics of it.

seems like Luffy needs to have a little chat with Joyboy/Nika. The fruit might carry memories of the previous users that just needs to be unlocked.

We are likely going to see Luffy summon his own set of Nika weapons and shield. This would conclude his final awakening imo. Original Nika had three main weapons: a sword, a shield and a spear. If those aren’t symbolic (like Zoro is the sword, Sanji is the shield etc) then we should see those...

i was interviewing this fresh grad who had put one piece in his CV under interests. briefly spoke to him what he meant by that and he mentioned he watched like 600 episodes in one go. i just left it saying read the manga it’s better.

It could be the god of sea. Probably an ancient name for a version of Poseidon, just like Nika is for JB.
