There's alot of ways sasuke could get the arm back. I'm not sure if Karin being bit can heal his arm but it might be a possibility. Tsunade, Sakura, Naruto, Karin, and Juugo. Naruto's bandage on his arm might be caused by the frs. He may get it back but because of the attack it can't heal 100%...

Sasuke didn't really attack anyone at the Kage Summit. He had to defend himself because he was attacked. He was only looking for Danzo

Sasuke's actions now are only known by team 7. He would be forgiven for the summit for what he did against madara, obito, kaguya, and releasing the infinite tsukuyomi. Naruto could get the tailed beast to agree with that. Naruto has to change Sasuke though.

I'm pretty confident Sakura is going to reveal that the moment when Naruto disguised as Sasuke telling her she had a nice forehead is what brought her Sasuke love to this. I could see her interfering and getting a Rasengan for trying to save Sasuke.

Sasuke can't put Naruto into a Genjutsu. He has 9 tailed beast inside of him atleast a little. Killer B couldn't get put under either. I can see there being a Tournament for the World Kage Title. Next up is waking up everyone. Probably got a few chapters before it actually happens though.

Most people should of atleast thought that Naruto was the 4th's son in the first chapter. Gonna seal the Kyuubi in some random child? I think we will find out later on, that the Uzumaki's are related to both the Senju and Uchiha.

It's gonna be funny if they seal Kaguya and all of a sudden Madara is back. I expect to see the Kages first though.
