I reread some chapter and forum post and even fun page. But before I start, this will be long but I am sure I will get your attention.

I think you're right. Because Madara not only has Shisui's eye, he has Senju cells in him, a Rinnegan, & zetsu pieces on him. So I would agree that Madara isn't entirely Shisui, but has parts of him.
