He has his own pace - he doesn't have to be the new Niizuma Eiji, or anything.
Workaholics never (or rarely) sense accomplishment...

This is bad, indeed. The lesser Edited Manga groups, the harder it becomes to read.
For instance, this week's Bakuman 101 doesn't even have a translation still.
