I think everyone needs to read panthaleia's translation notes; there was some confusion I saw so it's good to go over these (especially since this chapter was really like whaaaaat, and also to clear up who's speaking when)

Page 23 says something along the lines of "Currently/Meanwhile at the former Campbell residence in the real world", so I'm fairly certain this is going on at the same time as Allen talking to dream!Cross and it's not a flashback or memory.
