Seems legit.

If that's true, then Joa is WAY above anyone right now, even Midora... And the only way anyone is going to beat her is to eat Accacia's full course. So battling him/her can only be done if everyone works together. So right now they are screwed!!!

Rei isn't there either, and I'm thinking he could be an important character later on...

My guess is everyone in the Bishokukai are chefs except for Midora, because he has enough strength to be the only bishokuya. So the head chef is just the best chef, and not the strongest character.

So are that Boneless character and the other one at the same level as Kuromado???
