I honestly thought that we were only getting a chapter next week, so this was a pretty nice surprise. I'm surprised that Laxus got no-diffed (though I'm sure it won't last), and that scissor runner is already in his dragon form. God Build is continuing to set a standard that I doubt the others...

I'm happy that Anchor can (somewhat) redeem himself, though it feels like Mashima realized he was making a huge mistake with the calamity bloods' portrayal and decided to change course

Yeah, I'm just gonna assume that Earth Build is > Anchor, rather than them all being trash-tier. Mashima could prove me wrong on that, but it's funny to imagine the big brute actually being the strongest of the group, lol. The other bloods will need to prove themselves to be on his tier, imo

Yeah I don't think Igneel's residual flame is gonna be a temporary power-up, 'cause so far it's not being treated like one. Even in the new chapter, Natsu and his alternate personality seems to be discussing Igneels flame and how to manage/ handle it, after he used it pretty exhaustively

The personality also seems to know Natsu personally, is concerned with his well-being and is giving him guidance on how to handle his element. It also wouldn't make sense for Earthbuild to plant a soul into Natsu as he's on his way to eat him
