why would minato teleport all the water to a different place?? all he needs to do is drop a hirashin kunai and keep on swimming. we all know: 1, the water dome follows kisame 2, kisame is the middle point of the dome if minato runs away from kisame, i'm pretty sure that kisame will follow him...

what would be the point of tsukuyomi if nature chackra is being pumped on a constant basis?? its not gonna have any effect. so i would say if itachi can finish this within like 5min, before jiraya can get to sage mode i would give it to him. BUT if he can't he would be raped!!
