aizen clearly said that before he can catch someone in the hypnosis, the initial condition must be that he needs to show the release of his zanpaktou to the victim so that he can control all the 5 senses... he even mentioned there that those who cannot see are immune to the hypnosis...

i think the only way for them to fight aizen is to get their eyes closed so that they wont be caught up with the hypnosis, but that would mean they have to heighten their senses (except for sight that is)
