She didn't actually see him. Karin had to point her in Ichigo's direction when she was waving. "Yuzu, brother Ichi is over there" (while pointing). She didn't before, but I am pretty sure she knows about his and Karin's powers, now.

I liked the episodes. And for those expecting a different opening...I think it would have been bad for them to change it for these episodes. The way they show Jiraya walking with the popsicle behind his back, and the sound of his sandals fade in, then disappear into the opening was a nice touch...
