If a titan eats a shifter to inherit their abilities, and, AND, now I know normally titans don't have guts or whatever. BUT it's also obvious shifters do though, since we see Rod's. But the problem is digesting things take awhile, and the titan that ate the previous guy shifts back immediately...

Judge believes they did it though, odds are if the falsely accused tried to, they wouldn't be able to bring suffice evidence to prove the gun as the cause. It's really difficult, despite people actually trying to think it out, they just call hogwash.
