i could see orochimaru.kabuto,shishui and danzo working together.but none trust eachother.i could see that part of the reason orochimaru joined akatski.and shishui let itachi destroy oro's arm and make him run.cuz shishui couldnt blow his cover.not even to deidara and other akatski members but...
