Well it seems a new Storm game will come out in 2015. It will be called Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 and for now the only console confirmed is PS4. Here is the scan:

I'm hopping for that too =). I still have hope they will announce unmasked Obito, probably near the release date, since they always save the big character announcements for last.
