i think Roger is the strongest pirate because he could 1vs1 with admiral ? WB and Roger is the strongest pirate in pirate world alone , not include admiral,holy knights and the elders . But Luffy would become better than Roger ,hes Nika , he would be stronger than navy in the end of the story

Akainu was focus on another one and WB came from behind ,he turn around and hit WB in the face . Now Kizaru was attacking VP , thougt Luffy was at his limit .
