Ryuji won't die from that random's hand, he is way too important storywise. Poison thing was used only in order to force Shion to fight and shine against those two new enemies. And maybe also to show his magic treating abilities. But I am absolutely sure, that Lone Wolf will stay longer with us.

In My opinion we are in truly exciting moment of the story. We will soon see the opposition shion-haje, and 9ad- ryuki. Also we are finally over with sunwoo leader arc, it's time to start Eternal Force for real :D pawns are on the board and new story line can start.

Don't you Think, that SIU is making background for conflict between Baam and Khun? He already knows that he knew about death of Prince and Akraptor from White's hand (Khun still was giving power to White) and now he sees how AA uses him as a resource.
