I can't help but disagree. Naruto is the 'good guy' and as such his punches/Rasengan have often left his victims unconscious. When you count up his opponents I'm not sure if he has killed any of them. Sasuke is the opposite and as a near-badguy his sword fits him perfectly, as it's a weapon...

Re: tsunade finger flick It's exactly that. The more chakra she molds into the flick the stronger it is. To create a fissure would need a lot and she probably used very little on Naruto. Meaning it's the same visible action but with vastly different effects.
