No I disagree obviously. Myself and other readers are wondering why the heroes didn't try to do literally anything at all to save Guinevere when we know they had the power to do so.

"Because it's written" doesn't really invalidate the complaint. This might make more sense if Lance frequently immediately turns to suicide whenever someone he cares about is threatened.....but he doesn't. He just kung fus the shit out of the threat. Nakaba just did a poor job writing this...

No the bad thing is that the characters have other resolution methods available, not that Lance will risk it all for Guinevere. We already know that Lance shits on Cath and this is a self admitted weak and desperate Cath. Its bizarre that Lance's first thought is "Sure, I'll cut my own throat"...

Pretty bad chapter. I've been calling Galahad stupid but Lancelot's choice may be the stupidest in the series. Very dumb. If he can snatch teeth out of Arthur's mouth without him realizing it, he should have been able to just cut the arm holding Guinevere.....who cares if she gets hurt...
