I think Zoro already have king haki , he already used it in Shabondy and against Monet , maybe it's not as the same level as Luffy one but he have it.

My vision of the next chapter , Kata will try to finish off Luffy with that spear but Luffy will stop it with one hand and than he will transform it into gomu and that would be the start of Luffy's Awakening. Yihaa that would be a nice beginning of a chapter after 14 days waiting :D
