It looks like August first started mentioning Zerefs child in chapter 509 right after he defeated CS. His talk about Zerefs child parralleled Larcade's fight with Kagura and Yukino and Larcade's statement about being Zeref's son. It also seemed like August was talking about Larcade as Zerefs...

Yeah and that would explain even further why August does not like Larcade. Larcsde views himself as Zerefs son when in fact he really isn't. So August was always jealous of him since he calls Zeref dad but never shows up to the meetings or anything.

I think that Invel does know the Natsu is END. He was standing next to Zeref when Zeref told Natsu and Happy. He also knows that Natsu is somewhat capable of defeating Zeref, but he does not want to chance Zeref not being able to kill Natsu.
