It may come as a shock, but was kinda expected. The way Ichiriu said that Toriko might have multiple Demons lurking inside of him and also the 3 scars on his face. Now that i remembered the 3 chairs it doesn't kinda make sense for him to have 3. Also that could be the reason why 8 kings felt...
It certainly resembles Toriko and not Komatsu. Also this dining hall like very similar to where the red Oni was having meal

Side note, I think 3 Oni's was hinted from 293, as you can see all the tables have 3 chairs!
