Konohamaru is bound to be skilled by now. He's a sarutobi, and ninjas apparently inherit ability, even without kekigenkai (e.g. naruto, shikamaru, sakura, asuma, etc.).

It's pretty much over for Pein. Even if the remaining 5 regrouped in the center of Konoha, how are they going to take on Tsunade and team Gai, let alone Kurenai's team and Sakura (where ever she is)?
Gai is mostly as good as Kakashi and a perfect...

Kakuzu basically had 5 bodies. Konoha (i.e. Naruto) took care of him once his abilities were flushed out. There's no real reason to think the same won't happen here once again. So sit back, relax, and enjoy the destruction of Pein.
