Cladding was just also not really a full fleshed out concept at Marineford, and it was a way rarer trait than it is now.

Pretty much everyone but Whitebeard (and Ace lol) was dodging Akainu. I think Iva did pretty well in the war. She was able to fight Kuma and make it out uninjured so she’s at least warlord/Yonko commander tier which is right where people like Boa, Ace (rip), Zoro, Sanji, Doffy, and Katakuri are.

Jimbei getting low diffed, while also not even getting hurt is so confusing. The GK power scale seems to be all over the place. Im having a real hard time power scaling them. Like obviously Shamrock is going to be at least comparable to Shanks, but every other GK has come off as a chump so far...

And Sanji is still just casually kicking the shit out of Killingham. Sommers and Killingham are supposed to be like the top tier fighters of the WG, they just got Omen strength boosts, and they got some magic weapons, but Zoro and Sanji still haven’t even broken a sweat. It’s honestly getting...

Their bodies do seem exceptionally fragile. Like Usopp and Gunko both tanked a point blank mini nuke from Usopp. Usopp got knocked out, Gunko’s whole head got disintegrated. And even random fodder characters aren’t getting decapitated by kicks to the head from Sanji. Gods Knights are presumably...

To be fair, the GK do seem kind of weak so far. Sommers and Killingham are getting straight up bullied by Zoro and Sanji. Sanji decapitated Killingham with a kick. Usopp of all people managed to blow off the top half of Gunko’s body twice now. Zoro was at least kind of struggling against...

That seems to imply that you think you were ever making sense, which… doesn’t make sense.

You’re clearly too media illiteracy. That dude is obviously very more much media literacy than you. 🤣

Rayleigh literally had to explain it to him and trained him on it for months. Haki was all Rayleigh trained him on during the timeskip. Zoro presumably spent most of his time with Mihawk focusing on swordsmanship since it took until Wano for Zoro to know what black blades even are I’m saying...

I mean, Luffy spent 2 years learning to master haki and still hadn’t figured out how to do it and then spent days of someone teaching him. Luffy also used CoC several times without knowing he did it and needed Rayleigh to train him on how to use it. Zoro used it once without knowing what it was...

I’m definitely forgetting something, because I don’t remember anything 5 years into the series about Dragon doing anything of the sort, or Dragon doing anything of the sort (or anything in general) in all the years since then. I I guess I gotta stop smoking weed or something.

TB was way after the 5 year mark, but I’d appreciate if you could enlighten me about the set up for Dragon respecting a WG dog part. I’m drawing a complete blank on that.

Cannibal was just kind of not a big deal in the book (I could be wrong and in need of a reread). He seems pretty easy to cut. The show is continuing to wildly deviate from the books though so maybe Rhaena ends up reclaiming Sheepstealer, taming Cannibal, and then just flying off to find out...

I don’t really like Usopp, but I enjoyed him calling the Giant crew his subordinates this chapter, and was kind of annoyed with Haj saying they were Luffy’s subordinates. Respect the chain of command Haj. That’s a Yonko commander you’re talking to. Anyone on the Sunny is your fucking boss. It’s...

I feel like Cannibal is probably going to be cut. He doesn’t really add anything to the story.
