I think Ai's powers revolve aroung time and space. All the wishes and deaths seen so far can be explained with space manipulation. The healing ability can be explained with time manipulation (returning to an original state). I think she returned Gon to a state before he met Wing.

Momonosuke being an ancient weapon is almost confirmed. Zunisha definitely fits the description (capable of mass destruction) and works same way as Poseidon (controling creatures). The only question that remains is: Is he Pluton or Uranus? Can Zunisha be considered a ship?
