Photoshop whore it up. and read the many tutorials that have been pasted up...and you'll get a general idea. thats a good quality RAW scan you have there...but yeah..more levelling wouldn't hurt.

in basic QCing, does the QCer package the actual manga himself or just send in a script outlining the basic problems of each page? O_O..
