hisoka is not fully healed it is like having an artificial limbs; more like a silicon based organs

he is still essentially an amputee .as you can observe when shalnark is about to approach hisoka, hisoka's foot twitch (did become a rubber/nen based foot for a short period of time) before he disappear and kill shal -my observation (srry for mt bad english)
