Gaban having to save Luffy here doesn't make any sense from a plot and power up progression perspective. Luffy was supposed to know Haki, relearned it in Wano, now Gaban still tops him. Gaban facing Imu also makes little sense when Xebec powered up by Imu was already dangerous. But now we are...
