Thanks for mentioning the SH's. Now you should try to read their respective arcs again, and you will realize how much development happens before each of them(But Zoro and Robin) enters in the group. That is why i'm Happy Yamato is not in the crew, she was just kind there during the whole arc...

Am I the only one happy Yamato didn't join? Never felt related to the character tbh, she was just kinda there, her character arc was pretty meh. I guess if she was not a hot chick nobody would care for her, and more people would be questioning her overall role in the story. Besides that, no...
