I agree the primos appearance against byakuran would be quite a bore because of his continuous appearance in the anime. He won't have the same impact as he did in the manga
By beating up Tsuna to a pulp, Byakuran is trying to force Uni to interfere thus activating the pacifiers since the Trinisette is complete. Byakuran is just on another level similar to Aizen in bleach.
