Damn, Porko is STILL salty af.
Zeke perfecting his 'throwing-titans-at-people' aim using baseball...:derp
What did you guys think of the Asian lady? Seems like she'll turn out to be an important character, maybe linked to Mikasa's backstory in some way. As for the logo on the woman's kimono...
Though I originally thought the crack in the sky was probably related to Acnologia or Ichiya returning, my friend came up with this theory of what if it was something else?
What if Natsu disappeared because he got sent back to his original time? With all this meddling with time travel, it could...
I'm not going to get into the details of how PAINFULLY bad this chapter is, but out of all people to save Jellal and defeat Acnologia, who even supposed dark mage Zeref couldn't touch without needing FH...ICHIYA DID IT.
I'm still in shock, lmao.
If Jellal and Erza don't name their child after...
This chapter was great! Norman is my favourite character and it's great to see him still involved in the story (despite possibly being dead :gwah)
That ending :teehee
All according to Phil's keikaku :3c
I don't even know whether to take the possibility of Phil as a villain/spy seriously or not...
Ichiya is the real MVP this arc, first he saves the Raijinshuu (kinda -_-;) and now Jerza ft. Wendy. True hero :bishie
I liked this chapter, the cover was good, there were some great panels, and it was nice to see some actual spells instead of random punches and things blowing up. Jellal...
Chapters like this really make me wonder what my breaking point is with this manga :notrust
Hiro is rushing through everything so fast, there's no tension or build up in any of these chapters, even though we're pretty much at the climax of the story. Instead, things are just all over the place...
That moment when you actually hope none of your favourite characters show up in the manga because you know Hiro will ruin them somehow :m3j
So, last chapter I was under the impression August had a bad memory since he kept asking the same freakin' question over and over again...and now, he seems...
Aaand August is actually Mavis' son...I guess in one way, it makes sense since Larcade doesn't look to be 100+ whereas August on the other hand does, so it's fitting that Precht was talking about him all that time ago.
Makes it less likely that August is down if this is his backstory...but then...
Average chapter.
Don't care much for the August fight...it's boring, though the parallels between Gildarts & Cana/Zeref & Larcade in terms of father/child relationships were quite good. Otherwise, meh.
Though lmao at Gildarts and Cana ignoring August's question to the point he repeated himself...
Good chapters :noworry
Still not really fond of iced shell being used just because there were better options to explore like Memento Mori, devil force etc. and this whole scene of Gray almost using iced shell has been rehashed so many times that I didn't think Mashima would actually put Gray...
But again, his trump card was already decided back in chapter 453, way before he knew Natsu was END. What you're suggesting would imply his trump card has changed, unless he always planned on sacrificing his demon slaying magic.
Even so, how would he know iced shell would take away his magic...
Yes, it's a possibility that Gray has a demon seed inside him too but I don't think it's possible that he already knows about its existence.
Because when he was talking to Invel in ch. 498 and Invel mentioned "seeds of black magic" and "his heart being tainted by magic", Gray was completely...
But in order for this to be his trump card, Gray would already have to know that the demon seed is what would be sacrificed rather than his own life, right? :hmmAs in he'd have to have prior knowledge about the demon seed inside him in order to confidently use iced shell because otherwise, he'd...
HEEEY IT'S ME :XD that's my tumblr hahaha
And yeah, a lot of people seem to think Gray is going to use iced shell again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Mashima don't fail me now :facepalm
