If you think a 'shocked reaction' by being hit is a sign of lost/dead you mighty wanna reread the whole manga again. In all of the fights in the entire manga there is always this shocked reaction, but it doesnt mean the shocked person lost all the time (Starjun, Midora etc).

Well I find it hard to believe a character like Shige (second in command in IGO) get one shotted this early. Like I said, theres a reason why Shima didnt show us the effect of Toriko's attack on Shige, whereas we see the what happened to the other two NEO. Heck, we already saw people survives...

Why in the hell would you all think shige is done already? Like wtf..... Shima didnt show the effect of Toriko's attack for a reason. Cause Shige survived the attack! Sorry, but theres not even 0.5% chance that Shige is dead here. Toriko manga is fast paced, but not that fast.
