If there is an underwater battle there is a possibility that they might have some extra coating and coat themselves, sort of makes sense then they can do all sort of stuff without damaging the ship's coating. but i just think its going to be a long distance haki battle.

The facts are that luffy took him out with one punch, but he wasn't unconscious for the rest of the battle. Also being compassionate doesn't make him a crybaby. Comparing how much progress he has made since he met luffy i would say that he is far from reaching his full potential.

Why would people underestimate so much Coby. He would definitely have a higher rank than a Captain. Heck Morgan, Helmmepo's dad was a captain and he was weaker than luffy when he met him in like the first 3 releases. Coby has been training a ton behind scenes and its not like luffy will train...
