Sharingan eye = KKG = doujutsu. Normal eye trained to withstand genjutsu = doujutsu = no KKG. Doujutsu = eye technique. Only KKG eyes are a doujutsu = false. Hence "one of the three great doujutsu" is always said in the manga.
