I believe cavendish has a chance beating doflamingo when he's on Hakuba mode. That Hakuba gives me some chilling aura everytime he shows up whether on anime or manga.

It's gonna be like all those usual animes... This is gonna be something like goku vs cell or gon vs pitou where the protagonist is gonna get a power buff then overwhelms the enemy by dodging/blocking all its attacks and gets flown far away on each hit making an epic comeback. So my bet is luffy...
