I'll give it to Nagato if it is 1 on 1 vs any kage. If it is 5 vs 1, probably the kages win. This is if Nagato is mortal and not edo tensei, if edo tensei I'll give it to Nagato as he wouldn't have to worry about chakra consumption or wounds.
