The third databook states that Uchiha Izuna died in battle a little after Uchiha Madara took his eyes. Could be hax but I doubt its Uchiha Izuna. But if we go back a few chapters a certain Uchiha does have those certain eyes. That Uchiha is Uchiha Kagami. http://www.onemanga.com/Naruto/481/01/
