To be fair, Irene has spent most of that time hiding and crying in dragon form. While I'm not sure how long that whole pre-dragon part of her story lasted, it probably wasn't longer than like 5 years. So the difference between her and Irene is not really that big.

Funny thing, when Ichyia appeared instead of Mirajane, I thought that they remembered that Mira is a master on Tranformation Magic and that was actually her performance.

I really like this chapter. Feels like old, happier times. And it looks like secondary characters may have bigger roles. Artstyle is weird, but I can get used to it. I mean, original Fanasia arc had different artstyle too, it's normal that hand artstyle changes from time to time.

I'm kinda tired of these new forms for everyone out od nowhere. They just happen on the fly, with no build up, last chapter or two and gets forgotten. The chapter is ok. Mostly setup, but it's needed from time to time. Fortune is obviously alive, this was too anticlimactic to be true.

I called it. Mercuphobia appeared only because Hiro had a cool "Star Dress" design. It's just too predictable. Not bad, but predictable

Or Igneel appearance. Wasn't necessary and didn't make any sense, it was done only because it was cool. I wouldn't be suprised if that is done only because Hiro made cool Mercuphobia Star Dress design or something.
