Dorant sure as hell is strong, judging from rai's reaction in the last panel I guess raizel must have felt dorant's powerful energy and knows that he needs to go save the day.

I think maybe....just maybe....perhaps this is franky's little scheme to catch the werewolf off guard? It didn't feel like franky to be defeated so effortlessly, especially since he wasn't even forced to pull out the spear hes gotten from rai's contract.
