Re: Ao no Exorcist Hangout Thread - Part 2 I was told that the guy who is playing Rin is actually pretty good. It's a live-adaptation stage, after all, so I think we shouldn't expect high-budget impressive effects and all that, just something pretty, fun and well performed at most.

I think it was his name in the manga too. But Astaroth is one of the most common names for a demon lord you can find in fictional works: very powerful and ancient and so on. For example, there is an Astaroth in the shin megami tensei games and another one in Hellboy comic books.

So far so good for me. I really enjoyed the first episode, all was as espected. There was filler, but it fitted pretty well. The worst part for me was the ED, didn't like it at all.
